Meeting room booking for exhibitors
Invite key business partners to focused, uninterrupted meetings in your own private meeting room – or host a larger presentation for potential customers. During Nor-Fishing 2026, you can rent conference and meeting rooms at Trondheim Spektrum for both short and extended sessions.
Book your meeting room
We offer a wide selection of meeting rooms and conference halls – ranging from smaller meeting rooms for six people, to large conference halls accommodating up to 140 people. The rooms can be rented for 90 minutes at a time, and are also available to rent for half a day (3,5 hours) and for a full day (7,5 hours).
Choose between these time slots:
- 9 am – 10.30 am
- 11 am – 12.30 pm
- 1 pm – 2.30 pm
- 3 pm – 4.30 pm
Exhibitors can reserve meeting rooms via the Service Centre. Login details will be sent to the exhibitor’s contact person when the Service Centre opens in mid-March 2026.
