At Nor-Fishing you can explore new technology, exciting solutions and smart equipment that will move the industry forward – and it’s all about one thing: putting healthy and sustainable food on the table all over the world. At the exhibition you will find everything you need in terms of food – and much more!
Are you wondering what to eat during the exhibition days? Here is an overview that can help you choose.
Lounge areas in Trondheim Spektrum
Inside Spektrum you will find several dining venues and lounge areas, where you can relax with a snack and something nice to drink.
Hall E
In the lounge area in Hall E you will find Smaker fra Øyriket. Here you will be served food with ingredients from local food producers on Hitra and Frøya, with roots in agriculture, seafood and beverage production.
Behind the counter is Charlotte with deer chili, salmon wrap and herring and potatoes with fish from Garnvik.

Trondheim Catering and Elvesvingen messebar
At the entrance to Hall A is the Elvesvingen lounge area. Here Jon and Morten serve refreshments and delicious snacks including coppa ham from Inderøy, Høvding Sverre, beef tartare, duck rillette and frosta chips with cream cheese.

Foodtrucks
In the outdoor area outside main entrance 2 there are several food trucks with food for every palate.
Helt Gresk
Chryssa and Nicholas serve authentic Greek gyros, made with the best ingredients from Trøndelag.

Smia Fiskerestaurant
For the tenth year in a row, Smia is there with its popular fish’n chips, “fishan”.

Smaker fra Øyriket
Smaker fra Øyriket also has its own food truck in the outdoor area. Here you can buy crab rolls, pulled lamb rolls and salmon wraps, among other things.

Lysklæt
The gang from Lysklæt serves organic wild boar burgers, with home-grown ingredients on the menu.

Bennys BBQ
At Bennys BBQ you get burgers, hotdogs and fried chicken.

Una Pizzeria
Una serves fresh pizza straight from the oven.

Tasting samples at the stands
In addition to everything you can buy at the exhibition, several of the stands offer tastings of local specialties – completely free of charge. The county pavilions traditionally offer a wide selection.
We stopped by Arena Nordland and met Stine Frivåg, project manager for the pavilion and general manager of Norsk Hval. There, we got to taste smoked whale with peanut butter and raspberries, among other things.
You can find Arena Nordland in Hall D.

Norges Råfisklag
Norges Råfisklag’s stand in Hall E serves free tastings of bolinhos with clipfish and whale meat.

The Directorate of Fisheries’ fish soup
Traditionally, the Directorate of Fisheries serves its own fish soup every day during the exhibition. The stand is in Hall E.
