Trondheim Catering
Trondheim Catering is Nor-Fishing’s regular restaurateur and provides catering for stands, meeting rooms and tents. Pre-order from the expo menu in advance.
Smia fish restaurant
Like last time, Smia fish restaurant from Kristiansund will serve its famous “Fishan” – fish and chips. You will find them in their own serving tent next to the food trucks.
Smaker fra Øyriket AS
Smaker fra Øyriket serves food based on ingredients from local producers on Hitra and Frøya, rooted in agriculture, seafood and beverage production. Here you can buy charcuterie boxes and traditional ball served street-food style.
Una
Trondheim’s first pizzeria on wheels. In true Una style, they bring their food truck and serve magical Italian pizza portafoglio. Pizza portafoglio is typical Italian street food,
where the pizza is folded before serving. They also serve the classics Margherita, Vesuvio and Salame.
Espressobar
In our Espresso Bar, dedicated baristas serve whatever you wish from the espresso machine, in addition to sandwiches, salads, pastries and sweets.
Lysklæt
Lysklæt operates a diverse organic farm and grill based on the raising of beef cattle and forest pigs, where small-scale production, animal welfare and quality are prioritized. Lysklæt also grows grain, potatoes, onions and lettuce, which are included in the menu. The organic food they serve, especially their burgers, has been well known and appreciated by many festival-goers since 2008.
Snackbar
At level 2 by Hall A, you will find our Snackbar. It offers a variety of cold and hot food, beverages and snacks.
Benny’s BBQ
Fire, flames and rock ‘n’ roll! This year Benny is in charge of the flames and the barbecue. Pop by for a juicy charcoal-grilled burger.
Port 4
At seafood restaurant Port 4, you will find a generous selection of lovely delicacies from the sea. Enjoy a cold glass of Chablis or sparkling wine with a varied selection of seafood.
ELVESVINGEN Messebar
ELVESVINGEN Exhibition Bar is located just by the main entrance to Hall A. Enjoy a cold beverage in a lovely atmosphere.
Helt Gresk
Helt Gresk brings its own food truck to offer you a food experience you will not forget. Authentic Greek gyros made with a traditional Greek family recipe. The taste of gyros brings Greek holiday memories – made even more delicious with the finest ingredients from Trøndelag.
Lounge, Sagbruket
Withdraw from the busy exhibition and enjoy a good meal with something nice to drink in calm surroundings. Lounge Sagbruket is located on level 1 and serves warm lunch every day. You can also buy wine and beer to serve at your stand.
Alcohol service
You can order alcoholic beverages directly to your stand at Trondheim Spektrum. Treat your customers and business partners to a glass of something special. When placing an order, you must confirm that you have read and understood the rules of responsible serving, including that bringing your own alcohol is not permitted. It is also possible to purchase or reorder alcoholic beverages during the exhibition. This can be done at “Sagbruket” on Level 1.
