Delivery of goods
We want goods sent to Nor-Fishing 2022 primarily sent via terminal to improve the flow of goods to the fair. There is limited space for unloading goods in the exhibition area. Larger lots and full trailers are unloaded directly at the exhibition grounds.

Ordering of trade fair material
Our sub-contractors will help you to get the most out of your Nor-Fishing participation. Exhibitors log in and order equipment here. Username and password for the portal has been sent to the exhibitors registered contact person.
Prepare your digital stand
All exhibitors at Nor-Fishing 2022 have a digital stand included. The digital part of the fair is an excellent showcase for reaching out to interesting companies in the fishing industry.

Admission cards for exhibitors and invitations for customers
Registration of access cards for stand personnel and invitations for customers and partners is done here.
After filling in your contact information on the registration page, tick the box for “exhibitor”, find your company in the list and press “submit”. You will then receive an email from email@example.com with your ticket and a link to order more tickets. Click on this link, verify with your mobile number and you will be taken to the ticket page. Here you can register invitations, access cards for stand personnel, buy tickets for the dinner on Tuesday evening and Wednesday evening, etc.
If you are told that your email already have been used, please search for an email from firstname.lastname@example.org in your mailbox and follow the description above.
Everyone who is going to participate in the fair from your company must be registered under stand personnel. Enter the email address of your colleague (not your own) and they will be sent a link to complete the registration
Each exhibitor has 50 free invitations to customers and partners, sub-exhibitors have 10 invitations. The invitations are not for internal use. Employees must be registered as “stand personnel”.

Tickets for the Evening Events
The evening events are great arenas for networking. On Tuesday 23 August, we invite you to the traditional Gala Evening and on Wednesday 24 August you can spend the evening with colleagues and contacts at the more informal Street Food & Mingle Party.

Tickets for the dinners can be bought here. If you have registered, log in via the link you received in the email from firstname.lastname@example.org and order a ticket for the dinners.
Opening Hours – Admission to the trade fair
- Tuesday August 23rd 10am – 5pm
- Wednesday August 24th 10am – 5pm
- Thursday August 25th 10am – 5pm
- Friday August 26th 10am – 2pm
Exhibitors have access to the exhibition area from 9am and must leave the arena at 5.30 pm.
Assembly times for external stand builders:
External stand builders will have access to the exhibition area Monday August 15th – Sunday August 21th .
All rough construction must be finished by 8pm Saturday August 20st.
The exhibition hall is open Sunday August 22nd and can be used for “finer work” such as profiling, decorating the stand etc.
Assembly times for exhibitors:
- Saturday August 20th 8am – 8pm
- Sunday August 21st 8am – 8pm
- Monday August 22nd 8am – 6pm
Assembly activities must end Monday at 6pm due to cleaning of all exhibition halls.
Disassembly can begin Friday at 2pm.

- Saturday August 27th 9am – 8pm
- Sunday August 28th 9am – 8pm
All indoor stands and Skansen must be cleared no later than Sunday 28 August at 8pm.
The outdoor area at Spektrum Monday 29 August at noon.
There will be guards on duty at the exhibition area until Monday 29 August at noon.
Cleaning of stand
All stands are vacuumed every night and emptied of trash.

Food services and catering
Here you will find information about this year’s food offerings at the trade fair area. You can pre-order food and drinks directly to the stand and meeting rooms via this web portal. If you pre-order by August 20th, you will receive a 10% discount on the entire order. Use discount code: Summer2022
Conference- and meeting rooms
We offer a wide variety of meeting rooms and conference halls – everything from simple meeting rooms for six people, to large conference halls with room for 300 people. Read more about conference- and meeting rooms here.
A free shuttle-bus will transport visitors from selected hotels to and from the exhibition area every day. Observe that there is no return-bus on the last day of the fair (Friday August 26th).
There will be a direct bus schedule from Trondheim Spektrum to Trondheim Airport Værnes every day.
