Register admission cards and send free invitations 

Exhibitors can now register admission cards for personnel attending the exhibition and send free invitations to customers and contacts. 

This is how you register:

1. Fill in this form
2. Check the box for “exhibitor” under role.
3. Choose your company in the “Choose exhibitor” list.

After completing the registration you’ll receive an email with your ticket. Then you can log in to My Page where you can register stand personnel and send free invitations for customers and contacts. 

When logged in to My Page, you can: 

• Send free invitations under “Invite guests” .
• Registrer stand personnel under “Personnel”.
• Buy tickets for the conference and the evening events under “Tickets”. 
  

About registering stand personnel
Everyone participating at the exhibition on behalf of your company must be registered under personnel. Register the contact information of the participating colleague – not your own – and they will receive a ticket by e-mail.

About free invitations 
Every exhibitor have 50 free invitations, and every co-exhibitor have 10 free invitations. These are free of charge. Find your invitations under “Invite guests”. When you register an invitation you can either choose to send the link by e-mail or you can open the link and send it to the invitee. They must then register themselves to receive their ticket.
